I had a bad experience wigh a previoud hairdresser at a differnt salon (not salon express) i relocated and had to change hair dresser after 10 years of having the same person, the new hair drsser completely messed my colour, which took away my confidence in seeking another. I started to dye my own hair with home kits, and started ro go to salon express at Carousel for trims. After a few months I realised the damage im doing to my hair with these home kits surely cant be as bad as trying to see how Salon express will colour it. I rwad the reviews and was nervous but from the conversation and rapport I built with Michelle during quixk trim cuts I thought its worth as shot. 5/5. Would get a trim again! Served by a young barber who did more than just a trim! I asked for a tidy up to not look like a cave man and the quality of service I received was outstanding. Went with my partner who walked out looking the same amount of suave. Store was well presented and nicely decorated. Front staff were friendly and clearly explained pricing to us with no issues. The barber also explained some terminology about hair for me and made my beard shiny. Never heard about beard oil until today.

I had the most loveliest time at Salon Express with Claudia today. I went in for a hair cut, style and a blow dry and Claudia was so patient and listened to all my haircut needs. She understood exactly what I wanted and realised the hairstyle I had for me in mind. It was beautiful, even the hairdresser and customer complimented my hair as I was walking out. It is rare to find a good stylist on the very first walk in and I am so so happy to have met Claudia as Salon Express today. She is absolute asset! Thank you again!
